     The Critter Cooler Pet Refreshment Station is a patented, revolutionary new product for your pets. The Critter Cooler can be used as a Pet Watering System, and as Pet Feeding Station with air tight storage. Available in 3 different sizes, all Critter Coolers are easy to clean, easy to fill and easy to move with their unique 3 inch locking wheels.   2. How does the Critter Cooler Watering System work?
    The Critter Cooler watering system provides water for your pets with features that are unique to gravity feed watering systems. First, it is easy to clean. Second, it is easy to fill. Third, it is easy to move with its' 3 inch locking wheels. To use your Critter Cooler as a Pet Watering System, simply close the release value, remove the lid, fill with water, replace the lid, and open the release value. Your pet will now have a steady supply of clean water for days because as your Critter drinks, the 72 ounce water bowl is automatically replenished from the 3.5, 5.0, or 6.5 gallon reservoir. For periodic cleaning, simply remove the lid for easy access and easy cleaning.

  3. How does the Critter Cooler Food Storage and Feeding Station work?
     The Critter Cooler food storage and feeding station uses the air tight container to store your dry pet food. Because the container is air-tight it keeps your pets food fresher, longer and prevents insect infestation. The storage and feeding station does not automatically deliver food to the bowl. At feeding time, you simply unscrew the lid and measure the food portions into the attached food bowls.

  4. How does the removable food bowls work and how big are they?
     The two side food bowls hook onto the Critter Cooler. Each bowl can hold up to 6 cups of dry pet food and are dishwasher safe. Just put them the top rack and wash on a normal cycle.

  5. What are the Ant Blockers and how do they work?
    For the health of your critters, it is important to keep ants and other crawling insects away from and out of your pets’ water and food. Critter Coolers unique Ant Blockers do just that. They are located above each wheel and form a barrier that denies access to your pet’s water and food. Each blocker has a reservoir that holds a small amount of liquid. The liquid that we recommend that you use is ”Ant Bath". Ant is an all natural, environmentally friendly solution to repel insects, specifically formulated for the Critter Cooler "Ant Blockers". Try  "Ant Bath" because ants don't like to take baths.

  6. How soon will I get my Critter Cooler?
     We make every effort to process your order, ship and have your Critter Cooler on its way to you quickly. In stock items are normally received within 2-3 weeks of the order date. Special orders may take longer. Most domestic orders are shipped UPS ground. Please e-mail us for information on international orders. Most international orders are shipped via US Postal Service or DHL. Expedited and/or rush processing and shipping is available for an additional fee based on your timing and location.

  7. How is the Critter Cooler Made?
     Ok, let’s start from the bottom. We use the 3 inch locking wheels because the bigger the wheel the easier it is to move an object. Have you ever pushed a piece of furniture with those little castors over the carpet? Our wheels move easily over carpet, fine hard floors or over cracks on the patio. We placed locks on all 4 wheels because we know some BIG DOGS enjoy pushing everything around. The 3 inch locking wheels also raise the bowls to a height of 7.5 inches, good for dogs over 8 inches.  Many Critters find it easier to eat and drink when the bowl is raised.  Critter Cooler also works perfectly fine without any wheels at all. 

    And there is more to our wheels-At your local hardware store you will find expensive 3 inch locking wheels with an inferior plastic tread. The Critter Cooler wheel uses a tread called TPR, which is a type of rubber. Why did we add the additional cost of TPR to an already expensive wheel? Simple, TPR protects your fine floors better, TPR is more shock resistant (smoother over bumps) and TPR is quieter. TPR added qualities that our family appreciates and yours will too.

    The base unit is the foundation of the Critter Cooler. It took over 6 months to design. The result is a structure that is both light and strong.
    Critter Cooler is patented and there is another patent pending specifically for this base unit. The materials used were mostly high density plastic, a little rubber for added strength and elasticity plus a dash of UV protection to fight the effects of the sun. This base unit is virtually indestructible but it is not warranted, designed or tested as a chew toy.  Please advise your critter.
    The Water Storage Container- We use the highest quality container we could find. The water storage containers are made of High Density PolyEthylene and are F.D.A approved.The walls are thick and durable. Why does this matter to your Critter? Because this container helps insulate and protect your Critters water. This can be especially important for those who use their Critter Cooler outdoors. We filled a 5 gallon Critter Cooler and put a pool thermometer in it and did the same with a 5 gallon plastic jug. In the summer sun the Critter Cooler kept the water temperature an average 10 degrees cooler than the jug. If this matters to you, check out the Critter "Chiller" Cover. Tested in 115 degree temperature in a Las Vegas summer day, the Critter Cooer with the Critter "Chiller" Cover kept the water 25-30 degrees cooler than the jug. And if your really LOVE your Critter, put a bag of ice in the Critter Cooler and cover with the "Chiller Cover" before you go to the lake and your Critters will love the cool water and you all day. For added insulation the "Chiller Cover" fits inside the Critter Cover and the Critter cover HD.

  8. What is a Critter Cover?
     The Critter Cover is a cover for your Critter Cooler that can add style and functionality to your Critter Cooler.  There are  Critter Covers in stock or you can custom order a Critter Cover in almost any fabric that matches or compliements your mood;

    1) The Critter Cover, comes with a variety of decorative dog prints; gun dogs, whiskers and X-mas 2006-- in shades of cream, beige and browns. We will be expanding this line of prints. 

    2) The Critter Cover Heavy Duty (HD) made  from 11 ounce acrylic-coated woven polyester that is highly water repellent, exceptionally strong, tear resistant, dimensionally stable and abrasion resistant. It will not harden, crack or peel through seasons of rain, wind and snow. This is a durable cover but it is not warranted, or tested as a chew toy. Please advise your Critter.  Available in Forest Green.

    3) The Critter "Chiller" Cover does a good job of protecting your pet’s water from oppressive heat or cold. Made of 3/16" foil laminated, metallized bubble cushions, it is light and we have tested the insulation ability. On a hot summer day in Las Vegas (115') we found a 20-30 degree difference in water temperature between the water in the traditional 5 gallon clear plastic jug watering system versus the water in a 5 Gallon Critter Cooler with the "Chiller" cover.  And if you really love your Critter, when it's hot out, puts some ice in the Critter Cooler with a Chiller Cover and they will love you all day. The Critter Chiller Cover will fit INSIDE of the other Critter Covers for added protection. Love your critter!

  9. What is "Ant Bath" ?
     Ant Bath is an environmentally friendly solution to repel insects from your Critters food and water bowls.Ant Bath is specifically formulated for use in the Critter Cooler Ant Blockers. Ant Bath is all natural and made from renewable plant resources and is safe for people, pets and the environment. Ant bath is made from the oils of Cymbopogon nardus, a special grass and Soy Methyl Ester which comes from soy beans. And because Ant Bath is oil based it will not evaporate like water based products, so will last a long time. Each of the 4 Ant Blocker hold less than ½ ounce of liquid, so an 8 ounce bottle of Ant Bath gives you over 4 refills. Shake well before using. Use Ant Bath because Ants don't like to take baths.

  10. What is “Critter Comfort Anti Itch” Shampoo?”
    It’s painful to watch your 4 legged child scratch or lick themselves raw. The “Critter Comfort Anti Itch” Shampoo was formulated to STOP THE ITCH and promote healing while leaving the coat “silky”. It is for dogs, puppies, cats, kittens and any pet with dry sensitive skin, allergies, bug bites, hot spots and other skin problems.  Created from the most soothing and healing plants found in nature, there was no compromise, after all, it’s for our family and yours. The ingredients are:

    -Tea Tree Oil: Native to Australia, Tea Tree leaves have strong antiseptic qualities. Tea Tree oil has a penetrating quality that makes it helpful in treating infected wounds, and it is most effective as an antiseptic against many bacteria and fungi. Tea Tree oil became the standard for treating wound infections in Australia prior to antibiotics becoming widely available.

It displays a protecting role against UV rays because of its content in cinnamic acid. The natural latex contained in shea butter could support prevention of certain sun allergies. Shea butter also helps cell regeneration and capillary circulation. Which supports healing of small wounds, skin cracks, crevices and skin ulcers.

    -Allantoin:  is a botanical extract of the comfrey plant and is used for its healing, soothing, and anti-irritating properties. Allantoin helps to heal wounds and skin irritations and stimulate growth of healthy tissue.

    -Panthenol: This plant-derived ingredient is added to skin care preparations where improved absorption of various nutrients is desirable. Also known as vitamin B5, Panthenol acts as a penetrating moisturizer. Because panthenol binds well to hair follicles, and attracts moisture from the air, it is known for its revitalizing and conditioning effects in the hair and skin.  It lubricates the hair without feeling greasy making them shiny and easier to comb

    -D-Limonene: Occurring in nature as the main component of the citrus peel oil, D-Limonene is a safe, highly effective and biodegradable cleansing agent.
